 RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT

As a participant in the Lake Bluff Yacht Club's (LBYC) and the North Shore Yacht Club's (NSYC) Sunfish North American Regatta (Regatta) I recognize and acknowledge that there are certain risks of physical injury and I agree to assume the full risk of any injuries, damages, or losses which I may sustain as a result of participating in any activities connected to or associated with the Regatta.

I agree to waive and relinquish all claims I may have, as a result of
participating in the Regatta, against the LBYC and NSYC, their officers, agents, servants, and employees, the Highland Park Park District (HPPD), and the City of Highland Park (CHP).

I hereby fully release and discharge the LBYC, NSYC, HPPD, CHP, their officers, agents, servants, and employees from any claims from injuries, damages, or losses which I may sustain from my participation in the Regatta.

I further agree to indemnify and hold harmless, and defend the LBYC, NSYC, HPPD, CHP, their officers, agents, servants, and employees from any claims resulting from injuries, damages, or losses sustained by me from my participation in the Regatta.

I have read and fully understand the above Release and Hold Harmless
Agreement.



You will be asked to signed this when you check in at the Regatta.
